Cali is getting better at communicating her wants and needs...and we are getting better at understanding her, which is fun. She can now say "more" "up" ("pa") "mommy" ("mee mee") "balloon" ("baloo") "shoes" ("shoos") and "bubbles" ("bubba"). And of course she has figured out how to say "no." She RUNS everywhere and is all about things she can do on her own like turns things on and off, get up and down out of furniture and eat with a fork.
Cali gets bumps and bruises a lot now because she's braver and clumsier. And sometimes she runs without looking where she is going.
She looks super cute in pigtails and her hair is getting longer and thicker! It's curly just like mommy's. I'll try to get some picks this weekend. I tried to get a video of Cali breaking out in spontaneous dance and drumming to some music the other day, but of course once she realized what I was doing, so stopped and started "cheesing" for the camera.
